BONELLI IN THE TOP THREE AT THE BARDOLINO BIKE

In Bardolino, a town on Lake Garda, the Bardolino Bike took place under a gray and threatening sky. Fast track of 43km with a difference in height of 1000m which saw about 800 bikers at the start. At the start the team at the Red, complete with Bonelli, Visinelli, Dal Grande, Pavarin and Tonoli. The day, announced as cold and rainy, has instead presented all downhill, so to speak, for the more than 900 bikers who arrived on the enchanting lakefront of Bardolino were greeted by weather conditions tending to clearing rather than the inconbenza of gray rain clouds.

Pavarin, Bonelli and Dal Grande competed head-on, with Visinelli looking for the condition and the young Tonoli to fight for the victory among the Juniors. The race was outlined around the 15th kilometer, on the new ascent that leads to the Rocca di Garda, where Vito Buono and Jacopo Billi left. Too bad for our Efrem Bonelli who was surprised and preferred to remain in the small group pursuer who then no longer managed to get back on the leading pair.

On the last climb Efrem attacks and arrives a few seconds from the head duo missing the hook for very little and closing the test in 3rd place. Truly a pity. Stefano Dal Grande closes with a good 9th place while Marcello Pavarin is just outside the top 10 (14th place). Emanuele Tonoli closes 3rd in the Junior category in 51st place overall.
