THE SEASON OF ANDRONI CLOSES WITH A DOUBLE VICTORY: FIRST BENFATTO, SECOND PELUCCHI

The Androni Giocattoli Sidermec season closes with a double victory. The last stage of the Tour of Taihu Lake (the sixth, Jinhu-Jinhu of 73 kilometers), in fact, offered a sprint all “red” with the first place of Marco Benfatto and the second of Matteo Pelucchi. The Belgian Vallèe is third.

The two reversed the positions of last days when they dominated the sprint of the fourth fraction. For the Androni Giocattoli Sidermec, therefore, the eastern trip, which ended the racing season, triumphantly ends: two victories for Benfatto and two for Pelucchi. With today’s one for the Italian champion team, in China led by sporting director Giampaolo Cheula, the overall balance of victories in 2019 arrives  to 32.
