Elite professional in the discipline of MTB and Gravel, Pierpaolo is one of the most successful riders in his category. In 2023 he was also called up by the Italian national team for the European Gravel Championship.

Professional road rider from 2013 to 2020, Marco during his career won 4 Italian Champion Jerseys on track, Italian jersey at the World Championships on track in 2004 in Austria and numerous podiums riding his Bottecchia with the Androni Sidermec Bottecchia Team for a total of almost 30 victories as a professional.
He now works as an athletic trainer and cycling guide throughout Europe.
