For after-sales assistance you can contact the retailer where you made the purchase. If this is not possible you can contact one of our authorized resellers. Bottecchia Cicli does not provide direct assistance to the public, it is not possible to purchase spare parts and receive assistance directly at our headquarters in Cavarzere.

Our technical assistance center is dedicated to b2b resellers, as Bottecchia Cicli does not sell parts or spare parts directly to the public and does not provide direct assistance. For this reason, Bottecchia cannot intercede in any way between the retailer and the final consumer, neither during the purchase nor during assistance, which is always managed through authorized retailers. You can always refer to your retailer to receive information on your purchase/assistance. The reseller in turn will contact our assistance center for all the information he needs.

The dealer and our assistance center do their utmost to give the best possible service and quickly and effectively restore the correct functioning of our bikes. Unfortunately, the technical times due to transport, procurement of parts, testing and processing can sometimes lengthen waiting times. To stay updated on the status of your assistance you can always refer to the retailer who took care of it. The dealer is in contact with our service center and can provide you with all the relevant information. Bottecchia Cicli is not authorized to provide information on dealer assistance to the public.
