Purpose of the processing

The personal data and in particular the photos and videos you provide will be processed exclusively for publication on the company website, on social platforms and dissemination on the internet also pursuant to art. 10 cod. civ. and articles. 96 and 97 law 22.4.1941, n. 633, Law on copyright, or for the realization of informative and informative articles. They will also not be used in contexts that undermine their personal dignity and decorum. The installation and use of the images are considered to be made in a completely free form.

Mandatory or optional nature of the provision of data and any consequences.

The provision of data for the publication of photos and videos is optional, therefore its refusal would make it impossible to publish.

The processing of personal data is carried out through the operations indicated in art. 4 n. 2) GDPR, for the above purposes, both on paper and in electronic form, in compliance with current legislation, in particular on confidentiality and security and in compliance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of user rights. The processing is carried out directly by the owner’s organization, its managers and/ or agents.

Communicating.

Your personal data may be communicated, within the limits strictly relevant to the obligations, tasks and purposes mentioned above and in compliance with the relevant legislation, to the following categories of subjects:1) persons to whom such communication is to be made in order to comply with or to require compliance with specific obligations under Community law, regulations and/or legislation;2) natural and/or external legal persons providing services instrumental to the activities of the Data Controller for the purposes mentioned above. (suppliers, web consultants, agencies, professional firms). These entities will act as data controllers. The data will be subject, with your consent, to dissemination on the Internet and Social Networks.

Period of storage of personal data

Personal data will be stored for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed and/ or stored for the fulfillment of the terms provided by law for the storage of administrative documents after which they will be deleted. The check on the obsolescence of the data stored in relation to the purposes for which they were collected is carried out periodically.

Data transfer.

Personal data is stored on servers located within the European Union. It is in any case understood that the Data Controller, should it become necessary, will be able to move the servers also outside the EU. In this case, the Data Controller ensures that the transfer of data outside the EU will take place in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, after stipulating the standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission.
